The Company was Incorporated in Scotland on 03 May 2007, at a very busy time in the Aerial Industry.  The Government in it’s infinite wisdom had decided to switch off the Analogue TV Signal, to gain extra revenue from selling off the old frequencies.  (A detailed map of the switchover regions and the dates when it is planned to happen is next to this text.)
